Commercial Fees & Rush Orders

These are based on the individual commission price. If you intend to use the commissioned work in a way other than what the piece was initially intended for (ex.: using an Emote commission for merchandise), inquire if a fee applies.

• Commercial Fee:
varies (+100% of commission price at base)

If you'd like a commissioned piece for use on merchandise, please let me know at time of inquiry so that the work may be made with that in mind. Should this be requested after the fact, the fee will increase based on the amount of work (resizing, cleanup, color adjustments, ect.) needed to adjust the commission piece in question so that it may be of merchandise quality.

• Rush Order:
varies (+75% of commission price at base)

If you need your commission done within 2-3 weeks of commissioning, this fee applies. The sooner the deadline, the higher the fee.

Note: The fees/add-ons shown above represent the base prices for such fees and may be adjusted based on the individual commission.

About the Artist

Hello there and welcome on in!
I'm Lady Skrykarie (pronounced Scrai-kuh-ree), though I tend to go by Lady Skry or Skry for short. I'm a casual freelance artist that just wants to spread some cute, fluffy dragons to the world.
Most of my work is inspired by the tales of magic and fantasy I grew up on. I began drawing when I was little, doodling little dragons or fluffy critters in the margins of my notebooks or any loose pages I could find. I’m mainly self taught, with most of what I’ve learned being from years of practice and from art books my family would gift me.I create with the hope to bring a smile to someone's face and brighten their day a bit with my work.

Personal Projects:

In between working on commissions, adminning for The Sled Team, and working on my own content; I am also slowly wittling away at a world building project. We're working on writing down the world and universe my OCs are from. This includes explaining how magick works there, describing various creatures one may encounter whether one adventures behind the veil or not, and lots of other information. The long term goal for the project is to get everything compiled into a ttrpg format, so that others may explore the worlds I've been dreaming of since I was very little.

Why dragons, of all things?Well, to put it simply dragons hold meaning and are of huge importance to me. As a child, the Hobbit animated movie (yes, the 1977 one) and Dragonheart were just some of the things I would watch often with my Papa. Thanks to Dragonheart in particular, I grew up seeing dragons as a symbol of benevolence and hope. They can be guardians, mentors, friends to lean on... Their forms were limited only by ones' imagination, just as the infinite possibilities that come with the idea and concept of magic and magical creatures.Fast forward to 2008: Sunzalax, or Sunza as I more commonly refer to him as, was created. I created him as a healer, a small fluffy white dragon with feathered wings whom I'd imagine sending off to friends whom were sick or hurting. He represents the hope and optimistic views of my much younger self, and he's one of the three dragons whom I consider a personal guardian. He tends to be cheerful and tries to show the brighter side of situations. He is the emotional voice of the three.A few years later, after I graduated from high school, Sunza's twin was made: Vlanaxas, or Vlanax. Visually he's Sunza's shadow, the dark to the light Sunza represents. Where Sunza is a white furred dragon, Vlanax is black. He can be moody, sassy even, in his banter with the others; but Vlanax analyzes and explains situations logically. He is the logical or rational voice of the guardian trio.Lastly, after another couple years: the third guardian came to be. Varric, the wise fox dragon. Normally, he will remain quiet as he listens to the twins; but once he's had the time to take in a situation, he will speak. His advice always seems to come from a place of experience, kindness, and wisdom. And as such, he is the voice of wisdom within the trio. Now, you're probably wondering what do these three have in common? And what do you mean by "voices?" Well... have you heard of the concept of the three states of minds in psychology? I was unaware of the concept until a friend and I talked about things a year or so ago. There's the Emotional Mind, Rational Mind, and Wise Mind and that's something you would generally learn about through something like Cognitive Behavior Therapy. In my years of going through depression and other... traumas... I inadvertently created my own representations for these, of which I labeled as my "guardians." Sunza has been with me from just about the very start, with the others being labeled and created as I grew.Through various life experiences they have been there, helping me analyze and work through tough situations. And honestly... Some of those experiences I'm uncertain if I'd have gotten through without them. So yes, dragons are important to me and I appreciate them for much more than just a "Hey, they're a cool mythological beast" type of reason. For me, dragons represent hope and freedom.

Our Merch Store Is Open!

Our online merch store and memberships are officially open! We have some shirts and hoodies up and we have other designs planned that will be added in once they're completed. We've been busy making lists and prepping to start up some of those design projects. There's a lot of things we're hoping to work on this year and we hope you're just as excited as we are for everything!

You can find the shop here or by clicking the logo above.

Merch Store Mission and Goals

We've always approached art with the mindset of wanting our work to brighten someone's day or bring a smile to their face. Dragons have always brought me comfort and helped me weather through some rough patches in my life, and I want the merchandise I create and offer to be able to bring someone else that same feeling of warmth and comfort. We plan on creating more than just cute and comfy apparel, but what we have planned for down the road will take time and work to bring to fruition. One of the big projects we're working on and would like to bring to life includes plushies, because plushies are wonderful for hugging and cuddling with when you need a little pick-me-up.If you're interested in getting some previews or would like to offer input on the different merch designs I have planned, we will also have some membership tiers available in the store. The top two will have access to polls regarding merchandise, and the highest tier will even have access to previews of my worldbuilding project!
